At Rihaya, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help. 🤝
📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
✅ The product is damaged or defective
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The product is unused and in original condition
⏱️ Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
🚫 The product has been used or damaged by the customer
🚫 The request is made after 3 days of delivery
🚫 The product is without original packaging
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
✔ If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
✔ Refunds are usually issued via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
🚚 Return Shipping
📌 If the product is damaged or incorrect, Rihaya will cover the return shipping cost.
📌 If the customer wants to return the product for personal reasons, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
